How the rolling hour works
While listening, the app compresses audio on the fly and keeps exactly the last 60 minutes on your phone's storage. The save dial shows how much is ready - save the last 5, 10 or any number of minutes back, and the buffer keeps rolling.
Built to run all day
Battery use is engineered down: low-power capture, one write per second, an optional schedule that only listens during chosen hours, and skip-silence so quiet stretches don't consume the buffer. Your battery outlives the buffer.
Private by construction
A permanent hour-by-hour record of your life would be a liability. A self-erasing buffer isn't: what you don't save is gone, and what you do save stays on your device - transcription included.

A rolling buffer of the last 60 minutes, stored only on the device. Anything older is continuously and permanently discarded. Saved recordings are kept until you delete them.
